What do you predict the spillover effects will be?
How will the coming Bitcoin price excitement feed into increased usage of Nostr?
I think it will to a degree.
Will the messaging on “Dont get FTX’ed or MtGox’ed” result in a run on hardware wallets this time?
I could see this happening… have an extra unopened (sealed) wallet as a spare for yourself or a loved one.
I have pondered on the idea that $100,000 will flip something in longtime bitcoin doubters to jump in and cause a wild spike up and back down. I don’t think it is rational but I believe the “odometer bias” will play in when the sixth digit comes in. This could be further exaggerated by repricing on exchanges the Bitcoin price in terms of sats rather than whole Bitcoin at this milestone.
What do you think on these? What do you see on the horizon? Any other thoughts?
