Apariy update and The girls have been busy drawing out some comb..

I've put a supper on to give them some room to expand and move some stores up from the brood chamber. This will give the queen space to lay more consistently.

Once I've got through this winter, I'll split in spring to create two more colonies.

Irrigation up and running some what...

There isn't enough presure to push against the solenoid in the timer so the inlet is plugged straight into the tanks.

Looks like its manual operation for now. Which to be honest is fine.

Also, a pin hole might be better than the drip emitters im using. All in, its a been a good day 😁
