On the way to the gym today I saw someone driving with a cloth mask on, so nothing effective for protection. I feel bad for these people as they must live an ultraparanoid life now. I can't imagine going through life like that, but I guess we all have some crutch whether we want to admit it or not.

My gym session didn't go so well. I scrapped one of the routines entirely as I was just exhausted and wasn't getting muscle focus. I figure no sense doing junk sets when something is off. But maybe I should have just tried to push through.

Tomorrow I hope to do a bike ride, weather permitting. If not, then either a run or back at the gym.
