Last post was off. Ignore. Meant 300%. And the inflation was closer still 13-14%. Still more than the 2% they tell us.
A whopper cost about $1 in the year 2000. It’s now over $4. That’s 400% inflation in 23 years measured in whoppers. That’s about 17% inflation/year (conservatively).
We’ve gotten more efficient in warehousing and logistics. How is this possible?

I agree. That’s why I think it’s important to have monetary policy carved in stone like bitcoin does. But yeah…maybe he does mean partly cloudy…wouldn’t bank on it. I think they will screw us ofer again. Time will tell
