In a free market governments should be able to start businesses but not print money or tax men, they can further choose to run their institutions as they so choose and compete with private institutions in an unregulated environment we will then see the beauty of what human ingenuity can produce.

However unwillingly the person with a strong opinion may admit the possibility that his opinion is false he ought to be moved by the consideration how ever true it maybe if it is not frequently,fully and fearlessly discussed it will be held as a dead dogma not a leading truth

Even tho we do not inflict so much evil on those persons who think differently from us, as it was formally the custom to do, it maybe that we do ourselves as much evil than ever by our treatment of them. It is the opinions men entertain and the feelings they cherish respecting those who disown the believe they deem important which makes this earth not a place of mental freedom.

The usefulness of an opinion is itself matter of opinion as disputable, as open to discussion and requiring discussion is much as the opinion itself.

There should be free discussion in ALL SUBJECTS thinking some particular doctrine should be forbidden to be questioned because it is soo certain because they are certain that is it certain while there maybe one who may deny its certainty if permitted but is not permitted is to assume we ourselves and those who agree with us are the judges of certainty without hearing the other side.

Discussion has to occur to show how experience is to be interpreted

Silencing speech whether wrong robs humanity. Even if we were sure of it stifling an opinion would be evil still, as who is to say what is absolute certainty. All silencing is a sign of inviolability with the common statement “not the worst for being common”
