nothing moves as fast as promises (credit) and it’ll always be like that. we can only hope to make bitcoin as scalable and interoperable as possible, vertically via LN and horizontally via coin-pools, so that the foundational layer of the money remains as universal and incorruptible as possible

define rebalance.

if the channel is depleted I will fill it from the routing node or another wallet

it will continue happening nostr:note1ahdm029uc44gvy7f94hgsc4xvjgqd43xa42tl4tnyhj33rcl9c4svw80du

are there bluewallet LNDhub via Tor users here?

fuck, i just posted a note about using it with umbrel without problems and it seems like they removed tor support

https://github.com/BlueWallet/BlueWallet/issues/5931

i'm only connected to my large routing node so i might have a different experience, but i think if you connect to big nodes with enough liquidity like ACINQ of WoS or even nodes that are officially LSPs like Voltage you're gonna be ok

i also run a much larger routing node so it's trivial to top-up/down

i've got a raspi 4 running umbrel, using bluewallet on 2 devices via LNDhub, managed ONLY through tor, i didn't physically accessed it more than a year, and it works perfect

i dunno why the fud. sure the node isn't routing, it's not for that, but it's great as an uncle jim bank

bitcoin wins in all future macro scenarios:

sharp credit crunch -> money printer brrr -> BTC

business as usual -> 2% "inflation" -> 4% "growth" -> BTC

deep recession -> dollar destroys other currencies -> people look for anything but their sovereign debt -> also BTC

at some point the shitcoiners will run out of money, right? right?
