To me, the Bitcoin/lightning piece is completely secondary. Having a floating profile that you control and being able to bounce through multiple relays is huge.
I just like the idea of each profile not belonging to any specific server or instance and being able to easily run my own relay for backup purposes.
No need to bootstrap it with coins because the concepts are so simple.

My personal relay picks up communications from an app on my desktop, but not from Snort running on the same device as my relay or from my cell app. Weird
