Chicken Salsa Verde Soup

This soup is 99% made from scratch. I used a little better than bouillon's roasted garlic from the jar, a little garlic powder, and a package of Sazon Goya with Coriander and Annatto. The rest is homemade salsa verde with tomatillos, jalapenos, onion, cilantro and lime. This salsa gave the broth a nice flavor. I forgot I ran out of salt (where's my salt guy?) and that is why I used the better than bouillon. I added a lot of kale because I went to this local market and bought so much of it. This soup will be on my soup roster. So maybe one day you can come over for dinner....

Here's the plan for the raised bed garden. It's ridiculously ambitious for a first-time gardener, but I'm optimistic!

Haha I hear ya! Although mine has always slept so well. He sleeps like a teenager at 7. Im definitely not ready!

How old are the kids? Mine are 3 and 6. The six year old is growing so fast, sometimes I wonder where the time went.
