Alright finally marking the v0.5.0 as done and will know work more on the backend and self hosting experience

You won't see much change since the main website was updated at the same time as the repo but here are the main changes from the v0.4.0:

- More datasets and charts

- Updated website's design

- Added a Save In Bitcoin (DCA) Simulation page

- Added a library of PDF (if you want me to add some, please ping me !)

- Updated website's libraries

- Many changes code wise on the front end

- Added '--rpcconnect', '--rpccookiefile' and '--first-defragment true' parameters to the parser

- Added '/api/last' endpoint

- Added the possibility the fetch file, either .json or .csv from the API

- Added 'all=true' query parameter to the datasets endpoints
