not even closehe got angry because I launched a chrome extension for highlighter (something I promised months ago and even had a first release back in April!) and he _thinks_ it's competition to his stuff (it's not it's complimentary)he also offered me to work for him for 1500 euros and I didn't respond within what he deems to be acceptable (24 hours apparently)it looks like he thought that offering me money bound me to work for him which is not how real life worksI still think his project is great and wish him the best but obviously I would never work with someone like this

I don't know the answer. If it stays like this nostr is destined to become like 4chan. A very niche platform most people are disgusted by. Right now its only tolerable cause its small. The only known working solution is centralised censorship and if we embrace that we end up like twitter.I hope we figure out some alternative.

I agree I think crypto stuff money comms id contracts voting etc. should built to work with government not against it. That said Government shouldn't be in involved in writing it. The temptation to build in tools is too great. Then once they have them to use them.
