On Android or in a browser on Windows it defaults to your OS setting for dark mode but I think you can go in the settings and specify dark mode only. I use dark mode for everything. I even use a browser extension called dark reader to turn websites dark that don't have a dark mode. I hate having thousands of white pixels blasting my retinas when I'm trying to read.
