Ok, so, Economies can't have a final solution, because human wants are unlimited and they are subjective. But economic situations of the people need to keep improving with time, not degrade. But countries borders can have a final solution, because lands are fixed and immovable,😀☕🎈👍.

Ok, so, The idea of country is not clear without clear borders/boundaries. Say, the US-MEXICO border is not clear. then those people who live in the disputed areas can't clearly say whether they are American citizens or Mexican citizens.
