This is the famed Jewel Box in Forest Park (St Louis, MO). It's an art deco structure built in the 1930s and is made of both iron and glass. It houses multiple flower displays including a reflecting pool. It's an amazing place to visit and photograph. Enjoy!

McDermott's Castle, Abandoned Fairytale Irish Castle In The Middle Of A Lake, County Roscommon, Ireland 
The Vasa, a heavily armed Swedish warship, sank in 1628 AD, less than a mile into its maiden voyage due to design flaws. Its top-heavy structure, burdened by 64 bronze cannons, coupled with insufficient ballast, made it unstable and led to its quick demise.
After spending 333 years on the sea floor, it was recovered in 1961 in nearly perfect condition. Now displayed at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, it is celebrated as the best-preserved ship from the 17th century.
The cold, brackish waters of the Baltic Sea played a crucial role in preserving the Vasa and its artifacts, making its recovery and ongoing conservation a significant achievement in marine archaeology. 
Shrek’ was actually based off of a real person named Maurice Tillet. He was a French wrestler who married an beautiful woman named Olga.
Maurice Tillet was a French professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, The French Angel. Tillet was a leading box office draw in the early 1940s and was twice World Heavyweight Champion by the American Wrestling Association run by Paul Bowser in Boston.

These tiny titans, also known as cuckoo or emerald wasps, belong to the Chrysididae family and are famous for their dazzling metallic bodies. You might spot them glinting in gardens or woodlands worldwide.
Jewel wasps are nature's assassins. They're parasitic, laying their eggs in the nests of other solitary bees and wasps. Their young hatchlings are ruthless - they devour the host's eggs or larvae, ensuring their survival.
Despite their fierce tactics, jewel wasps play a crucial role. They keep populations of other insects in check, making them valuable ecological players. Plus, their beauty is undeniable! 
Have you heard about the Sharquf Mountain Fortress in Yemen? It's also known as Jabal Haraz, and it's seriously impressive. Picture this - it's built in a spot that looks like it's straight out of a "you shall not pass" kind of fortress scene! But people back in the day did manage to reach it somehow. This place was like a real-life tough nut to crack - a combo of a fortress and a safe haven. And let's not even get started on the incredible views it serves up. Those ancient Yemenis were quite the smart cookies, don't you think? How do you reckon they pulled off building this mega structure in such a crazy hard-to-reach spot? ???? 
The Korowai people in Indonesia live in tree houses that can be up to 45 meters (150 ft) high. They believe that living high above the ground can protect them from floods, wild animals, insects, and evil spirits. They also use the height advantage to spot enemies or intruders from afar.
