Don't wish me happiness, for I no longer expect it to be a constant companion. Life has taught me that happiness comes and goes, like waves on a shore. Instead, wish me courage to face life's challenges, strength to endure its trials, and a sense of humor to keep me light in dark moments.

These are the tools I will need most as I navigate the unpredictable journey ahead. Happiness will find its way back, but courage and resilience will carry me through.
