You should read this message more or less as a joke.

Sometimes I think this planet forgot why Europe shouldn't get into arming itself too much. You know... "Buy something from the Americans and stay there silent because, at some point, each and every one of you ruled the world, or part of it, in a pure psychopathic way." Each country did its unspeakable things, but the blame fell on the last one, Germany.
