I meant grain based products. Things like bread, pizza etc. I just stopped eating them and consider them essentially poison now. Since I stopped, digestion back to normal. In terms of soaking, I know people who soak all veg and lentils etc in water with hydrogen peroxide and then rinse them. They swear by it. I just try to eat stuff I know has no chemical crap on it now.

It’s also interesting to see difference by country. I lose weight every time I visit USA for example. I spend most time there with diarrhea and vomiting which I guess is related to that.

That's cool. Need a mix then so can have local but option to add rekays for language practice for those who want. Maybe client side relay search and grouping by language wouldn't be a bad idea. I was tracking a reverse portfolio of my stock trading with a friend till I stopped a few years ago. In 2 years, I walked out slightly up. It was timing that caused the difference but the reverse one was over 300%.

"I should probably sell this and buy this" did nothing, the buy idea shoors up. It was nearly sure bet. All picks were great, all timing abysmal.
