The unelected judicial bureaucrats can't just take a shortcut and interfere in the actions of elected leaders.

You want make important decisions in a democracy, then face the voters. The leftist Dem Donkeys were rejected in the last election.

Ok, so, The Federal Government just need to keep it's own book clear. Keep track of every dollar. There is no need to bother about companies, corporations and overall market activities. Because, they don't print money and they don't collect tax.

No single dollar must not leak through any federal agency.
