I consider “emotional vampire” to be a colloquial term for toxic people who wants to deprive me of my energy, our sense of emotional safety & our ability to engage in self-care. Being around emotional vampires can cause everyone to feel depressed, anxious, frightened, confused. It can affect our productivity, our ability to focus & our emotional well-being. In the framework of spiritual philosophies, emotional vampires siphon our energy to try to benefit themselves. Like prostitute/thieves American politicians who cannot create by themselves, aka Musk & you, American billionaires. Who do not have clear energy.
