I keep finding these weird things...
what happens to the client when someone starts faking these? does it rely on beeing there? does it just take it as true and proceed happy? how does this help my client, or the network?
primal servers must be melting right now or is it just me that is loading their images like it's 1995?
it's hard to code a client when others just have bugs, and you end up having to deal with that instead of more important things. I don't want to be screaming at devs to fix their shit because I know everyone is like at 1000x the speed already but maybe take it a bit slower and make sure your client is working as intended instead of keeping adding features that will only make things worse down the line. a good base is important so everyone interoperates. 'e' tags should be added with extreme care as they are the cornerstone of nostr.
when you reply to an event that contains a mention, don't add that tag as the root of the reply. be smarter.
just discovered brave has a webtorrent extension by default now
why is twitter telling me Lightning Labs reposted the Nostr Assets scam thing? wtf

things keep evolving nicely but still a lot of work to be done..
first day that I need to light the fire before noon. it's officially winter now.
what client adds "pubkey","npub" and "created_at" in their user's kind-0 content object and most importantly, why??
kind-0 is user information, it is not a place to simply put stuff to simplify your client UI. those fields can already be derived, no need to add them again just so your client can display it more easily... clients need to be smart, not dumb, and more importantly, they need to think that other clients exist and do things differently. don't push your client architecture onto the user's content, that's not a good thing
Long time no see nostr:npub1nmr6w7qk0ta36vxysv77jv3d5rqghfc6d8sez8240rf3gja4vsmsd2yha8 ! How are you?
I'm great! working on some nice updates :)
I spend too much time staring and fiddling with this thing because I find it beautiful and so full of details that it boggles my mind. I don't care if it's going up or down or at what price it is, I just like to look at it in all it's glory and document this journey

intellectual property is fiat mindset and should go away. information that is in the wild is in the wild, no way to put it back ever. it's public.
the good stuff

so much energy and resources wasted on that clickbait parasitic industry, smfh
rewatching this one as it's full of juicy details
