the scary scenario to me, is pretty much 95% of the world population will easily be fooled by simple bots in a very near future. I'm not much worried about ai overcoming humans any time soon, but humans using this tech for evil is what scares me a bit.
what clients are using reactions for spam? this needs to stop, really.
when someone reacts to a note, that reaction then finds it's way into clients so they'll load those notes beeing reacted to.
using reactions for spam flagging purpose does the opposite of what you expect, it SPREADS spam.

I feel there's more to the richat though, humans occupy volcanic spots all the time, the structure beeing volcanic in nature does not invalidate that humans can't use it and build cities on top of it, like in every island out there today... also, no one really knows for sure what the pillars of hercules / heracles were and we suppose it's the Strait of Gibraltar, but in reality could be some place else.
