Biden's lawfare against President Trump is taking its last breath.

Real judges and justices have finally had a chance to make their rulings.  The Supreme Court on immunity and obstruction.  Judge Cannon on Smith's appointment as violating the Constitution.  The appellate court in Georgia looking at the prosecutors conduct.  And the Manhattan case will eventually be reversed if not with an appeal to the Supreme Court through the longer New York appellate process.

Biden is and has always been a hateful attack-dog.

Since when has Biden ever unified the country.  When he opposed the racial integration of our public schools and said horrendous things about black people?  When he tried to destroy Bob Bork, Clarence Thomas, and a score of other judicial nominees?  How about his relentless hate-campaign against Benjamin Netanyahu?  He has spent the last several years saying the most disgusting things about Trump and his supporters and as recently as last Friday urged others to put Trump in the "bullseye."

Now the age ...

Obama was elected president at the age of 47, with 2-years in the Senate, a failed run for the House, and a short stint in the Illionois Senate.  Before that, he was mostly a community rabble-rouser.  Vance has a much deeper resume at the age of 39 than Obama did at 47.

Another media line -- Vance will be Trump's attack dog.  Why?  Because he condemned Biden's rhetoric?

Kamala Harris all but called Joe Biden a racist at the 1st Democrat debate and later was the first Democrat to drop out.  Nonetheless, Biden chose her for his vice president.  All this talk that J.D. Vance was critical of President Trump in the past (although he has been a big Trump supporter since and was endorsed by Trump for the Senate) doesn't matter.  But this seems to be some kind of media talking point today.

Kudos to all the lawyers - President Trump’s, AGs Meese & Mulkasey, and Landmark’s.  Most of all, Judge Cannon.

You’ll recall all the legal analysts and Bill Barr, among others, called the documents case a slam dunk against Trump. Except one. And I am proud of the courage and steadfastness of all the lawyers involved, including Landmark’s lawyers. The law stands for another day.

Documents case dismissed. Smith unconstitutionally appointed!

Thank goodness.  A real judge has ruled. Documents case dismissed. Congratulations to the lawyers involved in this case. President Trump’s lawyers. Attorneys General Meese and Mukasey and their lawyers. And I say with enormous pride -  Landmark Legal Foundation and our lawyers.

Shouldn’t they pull their entire lineup?  Starting with Joy Reid.

It’s getting worse

President Trump is a remarkable, historic leader who has overcome every sinister plot against him. https://t.co/qSRZvCiFoJ

Frankly, given the way the Democrat Party, media, and Biden have targeted Justices Thomas and Alito, I fear for their well-being. These Leninist-Saul Alinsky tactics are contemptible

Biden’s speech was pathetic. Political through and through. Didn’t take any responsibility for his central role in hate-mongering and fear-mongering, the core of his campaign, rhetoric, and entire career. No apology for the disgusting “bullseye” statement.

I’ll deal with this on radio tomorrow as I’m not on TV this weekend.

Life, Liberty & Levin will not be airing tonight. See you on radio tomorrow!

The purposeful, relentless, coordinated effort to de-humanize President Trump had a predictable outcome, as I’ve feared and mentioned as recently as a few weeks ago. Will media executives take steps to deal with their on-air hosts and guests who use their platforms to invoke the worst kind of images and fears to incite hate? And what of the hideous political strategy and propaganda against President Trump and his supporters? What of the lawfare and use of indictments to create awful narratives against President Trump?

We will discuss this and much more tomorrow on radio.
