Hi out there. I've ordered a heatbit trio in September. Up to now he company does not even know when they will send my order to Italy. They are promising on their homepage that all preorders will arrive in November.

Does anybody have received a heatbit trio by now? Very annoying and most probably my last experience with pre ordering something out of Europe.
