Those authentically interested in inverting their sex have chosen an inopportune time to engage in this endeavor for two reasons: one, because of the aforementioned low effort troons being the face of any transsexual movement today, and two, because frankly, the technology just isn't there. Efforts to invert sex just don't work right now, so even if you feel you are in the wrong body or whatever it doesn't fucking matter because the one you have is the one you got.
In the future, there may be more effective means to go from one sex to the other, but I think that's going to come well after even broke, poor people can go from totally butt ugly to bombshell beautiful or Adonis giga Chad.
