Until September, i am heading to the gym in my BTB mindset. A hour workout, 15 mins per machine and I am committed.
#BTBExercise is a lifestyle.
Resume workout from there but I am tired of being overweight and doubting myself in my best years, gonna cut down all unhealthy snacks and limit my consumption of drinking pop, intended by no drinking at home.

By September I am gonna be the best, head to the gym on a regular basis, no snacks at all and jam up to good music. I am the one who can do it and I have the right to knock others. I am the one who knocks. And I am better than this dumpy lazy attitude with a complex to not try harder. Im 27 and not ready to be on the scrapheap just yet. Can you do the same? Many can’t and right now I cant. Huge changes are coming. BTB is a lifestyle choice. Just gonna try to be the best at whats been giving, two legs, two arms, a damn healthy mind and a thin body not meant to be jelly. Come September time in turn of the season will be long to get there but thats all, its a problem needs fixed.
