Seriously, real bread is about $8.00 now, and it's really easy and satisfying to just make it myself. I'm going to endeavor to bake bread weekly now because it's just better for my family all around.

Even if you are not into fishkeeping, the aquarium test kits are an inexpensive way to check the water quality of your tap water or other drinking water sources. 🚰
I have multiple ways of keeping tabs on my water quality, but I'm often amazed at how easily these little kits tell me when I have an issue.

Today, I'm planning on opening several more Lightning Network channels on my node. I have a few ideas, but I need to do more research. Does anyone have any advice or want to open a channel with me??

Had a pretty fun brew day yesterday! 9.5 gallons of Porter was brewed and transferred through a long hose from my back deck into my basement fermentor.
