Don't seriously #disrespect him. #Respect is the currency that #male #relationships are based on. He craves you respect, as much as he #craves the respect of his #peers. When you directly disrespect him in public, he's not only #shamed personally, but it makes it look like his judgement of his choice in partner is also lacking. Don't confuse disrespect with #contradiction. Correcting him on #facts is not disrespect. #Belittling him in front of friends or family, most definitely is.

For the most part we are. We have simple needs, and simple motivations. A drive to succeed; to acquire goods and chattels; to feel wanted and needed; to protect and enjoy the people things we possess. Our only real complexity is emotion. We struggle to express ourselves, and occasionally it is expressed in uncontrollable outbursts, if a healthy method of release cannot be found.
