Delayed gratification I one thing I understood since childhood. Watching my parents saving money wherever they could for a rainy day was very valuable.
Looking back 3 years, I can surely say I'm very, very glad I dove in the rabbit hole to understand what Bitcoin is.

I agree with all of the above but not with the fruits part. Fruits eaten at the right time of the day and especially when you follow seasonal types can be very beneficial.
