Jack is doing great things for nostr and bitcoin, I’m not denying that. He let Twitter censorship get out of control though. Tesla still has more btc in its treasury than Block. Musk is fighting gov censorship in court like f.e. recently in Australia and Brazil, just to name a few. Both are great entrepreneurs. Lyn has shown she is unfairly anti-Musk and pro Dorsey though.
I think it’s one of the more promising L2’s. Still early though, we’ll see.

Use Aqua wallet. With Aqua wallet you have your own keys, you can use lightning and you are not exposed to some of it's problems.
Just start with one account and see how it goes
It's used for notes backup yes, otherwise it has no use. It's for umbrel but umbrel is based on docker so it should work (with some patching maybe) on any docker container.
