I think what you are doing is important!

You need a lighning wallet/address. Than you open a lightning channel to send and receive sats. Then you have to connect your lightning wallet to your nostr account. Many ways to do that. What NOSTR client do you use? If you are not too technical, Primal should be good for you.

Once you connect the 2, you should see the lightning address on your NOSTR profile.

I just figured it out myself so I am not the best person to ask. It might take a bit of research. Don't put too many Sats on your wallet at first. There are other ways too (and there is also ecash) so you have to spend some time you understand the process. Don't trust, verify.
