You can only see this note and account on the westernbtc relay. So single relay exclusive accounts and posts are definitely a thing in Nostr.

The only thing I don't really like is the term "Bitcoin ecash" because I can see people confusing it with "Bitcoin Cash" (BCH). Maybe find a better term. How about simply "sats" or "Cashu mints"?
