Crit: my opinion is this is a wrank and blatant manoeuvre to aid and perpetuate what can only be described as:
The further victimisation of and racism towards and blame of those under the Imperial coche for trying to survive against Empire's historical attacks on, and oppression of them.
Moreover, such US statements infuse into esp Western Nationalist and Extremists politics-movements-groups-individuals, a focus on basically a Neo-Fascist ideological upswell which frankly is despicable and absolutely I am against.
