Does Pay Server do LNURL, or email format addresses?

I'm on Astral too, and as weird as it sounds, I miss the 'like' button.

Sometimes I use it on Twitter to acknowledge I've seen the reply - not specifically to 'like' it per se though.

A 'like' that auto tips a set Sat amount would be awesome.

(Even if it is 10 sats, 1 Sat, whatever)
