Sound and specific actionable advice. I love it.
Just installed Onion Browser for iOs and Orbot. I already use Mullvad DNS and I cannot use privacy.com as I am not a US resident.
Brave this, Brave that, uBlock this, uBlock, that but I still get raped by airlines that know what condiment I added to my chicken broth last night.

“Only boring people get bored” is a statement that got imprinted in my psyche the second I heard it.
And now I cannot un-see it in real life.

I have seen a note of something before where you exposed Telegram, but I cannot find it.
I have also searched for it on your website to no success.
I am curious to know about privacy and security concerns of Telegram.
I am upset that I have had to return to conventional toothpaste usage.
A friend of mine, who’s a dentist, told me that at a granular level, baking soda is made up of tons of tiny crystals.
Apparently, those crystals scratch the outer surface of your teeth: the enamel. Apparently also, enamel doesn’t regenerate, or, at least, not fast / fully.
Therefore, once that layer erodes, your teeth feels coarse.
So, yes, baking soda whitens your teeth because the crystals are more effective at scratching than the toothbrush, although at the expense of ruining your enamel.
If anyone knows of a home made (if natural even better) solution, I would be rather happy to listen to it.

Thank you for the reply. I download both the checksum and the ISO from the same. For example, I check ISO against checksum from this page, which should be Linux Mint directory: https://ftp.heanet.ie/mirrors/linuxmint.com/stable/, but the integrity check fails.
Spain has banned Telegram.
Now some users will be forced to consider decentralized solutions. As I have repeated many times, Session messenger empowers users to defy state level censorship, with its unique blockchain based DNS that completely separates physical locations from identity.
However, Session receives a lot of criticism. Rather than ignore this, I tackle it head on, https://simplifiedprivacy.com/spain-has-banned-telegram-defending-session/
Telegram web should be accessible through the use of a VPN connection though, shouldn’t it?

I am trying to install Linux Mint 21.3 in my Windows laptop. I have followed the installation steps, but I am stuck at the integrity check.
I have downloaded the correct sha256sum.txt and sha256sum.txt.gpg, from Mint’s Heanet Download Mirror and from two different download mirrors (one from the USA and one from the UK).
When I generate their SHA256 sum and compare it with the sum present in sha256sum.txt. results don’t match. Like I said, I have downloaded the ISO images multiple times, from different download mirrors, and these don’t match.
Obviously I have not continued with the installation process, but I don’t know what I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use this calculator: https://calc.mendrulandia.es/. Note that you can change the language settings.
It tells you a prediction of cleanliness, conditioning, bubbles, persistence, hardness, solubility, drying, etc., based on the ingredients and quantities that you have used.
What ingredients have you put into it and what are the ratios? I leave mine to dry for at least two weeks. I make them with olive oil and caustic soda only. Sometimes coconut oil instead of olive oil.

Ladies with one post and 5 minutes in Nostr with a higher follower count that I will probably ever achieve 😂
nostr:npub1f6ugxyxkknket3kkdgu4k0fu74vmshawermkj8d06sz6jts9t4kslazcka I just created a Proton Mail account after reading your advice in regard to email addresses. Is it recommended to set-up automatic forwarding from Gmail?
I have come across plenty of accounts of “seemingly” successful / rich individuals, whose posts’ objectives seem to be reduced to only one: to make fun or bring down other people; usually NPC, normies, the poor, the unsuccessful, or all of them. The former seem to have a pathological obsession with the later. Something seems off with these individuals.
I while ago, I read on a newsletter that I am subscribed to, that no real learning takes place from consuming short-length content. I will save you from reading the reasons given by the author; I will only say that I very much agree. That is a big reason for my social media usage decline: I have always used them as a complementary learning tool. At the same time, whilst I have not actually properly learnt anything, social media has pointed me me in the direction / revealed to me a lot of topics that I may or may not have discovered with the help of those platforms. There is also the fact that a lot of people who I follow post exclusively in those mainstream platforms. Those two are the main reasons why I am reluctant to give up X.

I love the democratic aspect of Nostr; tons of avenues to gather feedback from users and improve the place.
BUT ☝🏼
I also think that of a hundred people, 75 have no clue what they want and they say they feel this way. 10 people are equally clueless, but feel that they have to say something. The remaining 15 do know what they want and express it. I believe the market is in those 75 plus 10.
Although at the moment it very much feels like the audience is vastly made up of developers and technology / Bitcoin enthusiasts, that would represent those who know what they want and claim it. The rest, like me, who have landed on Nostr by accident, seem like the minority.
Speaking for myself, doing an honest introspection, I don’t know what I want from Nostr and the clients. I may know in the future.
In conclusion, happy to see it evolve and where everything leads, under the command of the much cherished and knowledgeable developers.
Food for thought.

Home made toothpaste recipe:
~ three tablespoons of baking soda.
~ three tablespoons spoons of extra virgin coconut oil.
Some claim that the sweet spot is 3:2 in favour of the oil. That’s up to you.
Then, add a few drops of essential oil of your preferred flavour if you need to.
