Any other toxic Titcoin maximalists want to go in on this 11,300 acre ranch for a cool $60M and create a community of citadels?

I’m not saying right now obviously, but bitcoin is repricing the entire world and in 9 years this ranch is going to be very cheap in bitcoin terms.
