I seem to be unable to disable both read and write simultaneously.
I have a couple offline, but when clicking through that interface I can't seem to drop (leave?) those relays.
The notification dot seems to come and go at random. I assume it's either a node flapping on and off or just a layer 8 issue.
I'll keep an eye on it and see if I can get any more clear of an idea.

It's also possible that reddit is just blocking an entire block of IPs because of lazy administration and you got caught up in it.
