Was curious about what beans you were growing.š
Oh, I agree with you, just pointing out that they donāt need to be subtle. I will give it a look.
Yeah, I love the idea, but I donāt think enough people embraced it quickly enough. The powers that be understand Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies now and have been given enough time to act against them. Bitcoin mining farms are easy to detect and shutdown. If it ever came down to it, they could just commandeer some and add new ones until they crippled the blockchain. I know most people donāt want to believe it, but they locked everything down during Covid without much pushback, killing Bitcoin is definitely within their power. In the end it all comes down to force and resolve. I hope nostr helps people to see that and understand how precious freedom is.
Ah, that stinks. Venison was a staple growing up, but Iāve never sous videād it. Do you have a machine or what? I use a trough heater, temperature probe, and cooler. Did 60 chicken breasts once in a big cooler. So nice having prep grace time.
It probably depends on what cut of meat you use, but for steak Iāve found that the 2-3 hour mark at 143F is about right. Anything longer and itās just not as good.
Been thinking about this lately too. If any of the automakers would do it, they stand to make a killing. Actually, any business offering products related to societal disruptions/collapse would. Needs a marketing catch phrase like societal robustness.
It is kinda sad how things shook out. Red Hat was located on my campus back in the day. It was nice to have an open source company in the commercial business space.
