That's a good question. I used to be more outgoing when I was younger. If it's strangers, it does require more energy from me which I'm judicious about bc it's draining. If it's people I know, I'm much more relaxed and don't have to fill voids. They know me. I do prefer my own company as I'm aging though. The best way to learn and challenge yourself, however, is through exposing yourself and chatting to others. It's a fine balance. You perfect it as you live.

One thing I learned living in South Africa is to focus on fixing things you have before chucking and buying a brand new one. And, yes, I love the secondary market too; selling and buying.
Purely based on anecdotal observation, I wouldn’t be surprised if cancer becomes humanity’s number one non-infectious (for now) killer.
