Today, #Debian turns 30 years old.
A milestone achieved only by serious, concrete projects with clear objectives.
My journey with Debian began three years after its inception, and for the past 27 years, Debian has been a constant companion in my daily life. It has never let me down, both in its "pure" form and as a foundation for other projects like #Proxmox, etc. Even now, it remains my favorite Linux distribution (alongside Alpine Linux).

When natting to the internal bridge, the bug affects performance (which goes down to less than 1 mbit/sec). So the VNET jails are involved only because they're connected to that bridge. I don't like disabling checksum and surely performance can be affected, but I'm also using pf and it should be able to "clean" the traffic. Still, this is a workaround and not a solution. I hope they'll eventually fix it.

#Zerotier is an excellent VPN system. I've been using it for years in specific situations, and I find it efficient and convenient. While I usually rely on #Wireguard and manage everything manually, it's not always the best solution.
Just now, I needed to quickly bridge two distant networks without involving #Wireguard and #VXLan, so I set up an active bridge using Zerotier in just a minute.
