i also have a really powerful node meanwhile.. using an lenovo thinkcentre m720q with 16gig ram and 2tb nvme, switched from kindergarten umbrel to start9 which is so much more better.. on start9 everything just works right away!

upgraded my tiny networking corner with an shelf from ikea, and also bought an fritzbox 4060 wlan repeater which can wifi6 and so much more cool stuff.

i’m happy that i never switched my old fiber router from the provider to a newer one.. because the older ones are able to using the bridge mode.. newer ones completely locked nowadays.
