例の元Spaces( https://nostrnests.com )は、TwitterアカウントじゃなくてNostrプロフィールを紐付けられるようになってたよ!!
You can authenticate by entering the appropriate room and clicking on your icon. However, the concept of an account is almost non-existent and (probably) based on cookies, so you will be logged in as a different account from another PC, etc.
