Statistically, the likelihood of crossing paths with someone who is in the same headspace as you, doing a thing that you also enjoy in the same manner as you do, at the same time as you do, with your favorite soul on earth (a pooch, a parent, a child, a partner), is very high for those who are true to themselves and not so much if you're not.
This is because when you are true to yourself, you are more likely to be in places and situations where you are surrounded by people who share your interests and values. You are also more likely to be open to meeting new people and making new friends.
On the other hand, if you are not true to yourself, you are more likely to be in places and situations where you feel out of place or uncomfortable. You are also more likely to be closed off to meeting new people and making new friends.
So if you are looking to increase your chances of meeting someone who is in the same headspace as you, the best thing you can do is to be true to yourself. Be yourself, do the things you love, and go to the places where you feel most comfortable. The right people will eventually find you.

I was listening to a podcast yesterday and some of the speakers and hosts made the reference #BoomerCompany
I found it amusing. It reminded me of #BoomerPoop a term used in a book I recently listened to called #Mandibles .
Every generation moves humanity forward in some capacity. It's usually a 2 step forward 1 step backward sort of thing. Let's not forget this and demonize our elders wrongly.

It's a beautiful morning in the #KeystoneState. The parks are crowded and the trails are busy, so we're keeping to the bushes for our morning #5k. HikingMan and the pooch still managed to meet some folks and make some friends.
