You should def write something up. I've always found different training programs interesting.
The exercise of defining a marathon goal, identifying current position/capabilities and designing a program to meet/exceed that goal...is sort of like engineering a new dish/meal. There is a fun mix of science and art to it all.

Looks like it's going to be another beautiful Wednesday in the #KeystoneState 🌞☀️🌳🐾🐕🦺. We are on a streak.
We logged just over an hour long #run this morning at a respectable pace. The trails were a little busy, so the #pooch was on leash most of it. But we'll get her back out for a lunch time hike to make up for it.
Today's hit list should be pretty easy. A couple items already crossed off as completed.
