On the 7th day I like to take inventory of the week. Got quite a bit done, spent time with those that matter to me. But alas must bid farewell to the city for a bit and recharge.

Priority and highlight of the morning.

Retreats back to the trailer.

Gets back into the right lane.

Steps off the hamster wheel.

Exchanges busy bee hat for the thinking hat.

Turning the voice box off and the listening box on.

Lowering time preference.

Looks like it's going to be another beautiful day in the #Keysrone State.

Anither good day in the #Keystone State. The air is a bit more free of the Canadian wildfire aroma this morning then it was yesterday. So I'm able to smell the trees and plants more potently today 👍👍.

It's been a busy week over all. But I got to bust it up with my neighbors the other night which was nice. We did the beer in the backyard talking to each other over the fence thing.

The neighbors to my right....

Hubby works 2 full time jobs, wife works 3 part time jobs and they have a 12 year old. So we rarely get to catch up. They are on that hamster wheel 24/7 literally.

They need Bitcoin really bad. But they can't unplug long enough to understand it. So they sell it as soon as it's gifted to them. It's not their time yet.

The small amounts of BTC I had locked on platforms have all been freed.

I am officially 💯% in self custody of every sat I own (minus my #nostr zap wallet, but that's OK). Zapping is therapeutic. So those are #therapysats

I'm inclined to agree.

Sometimes you don't notice the pace of things/life until you're removed from it for a day or 2.

Some call it "hump day", due to placement in the week and such.

Headed into the city for a few days to tend to city business. Maybe watch a little cable, shake some hands and check in with the neighbors.

As I've gotten older I feel more comfortable being away from the city for longer periods. The stimuli factor is noticeably higher in the city and I feel some relief when it's gone.

I'm sure there's some scientific reasoning for this.

There was a time in my life (9 months ago) when I had positions in some of these coins called out in the law suits by Jee Jee yesterday and today.

I began a liquidation plan in October and by February I was free of all of them.

After doing this I went from reading 1 book per week to 3 books per week.

I went from sleeping 6 hours per night to 8-10 hours per night.

So when I catch the drama of the last couple days between Jee Jee and the "families" that refused to pay to play (sol, ada, etc.), I think to myself....damn good thing I don't need to allocate any brain capacity to that isht. I love my extra time to listen to books and doubly love the extra sleep every night.

I'm talking thumb in my mouth curled up like a baby in his moma's belly cozy ass fucking sleep.

Every night.

Haha.

In the words of Alex at the cafe "don't shitcoin". You'll get more sleep and you'll read more books.
