We've gotten rain and thunderstorms every day (actually mostly during the evening hours) for the last 6 days in a row.
The river hasn't created yet.
But the pooch was on alert most of the night sounding off at the lightning strikes.
And here she figures out what that other whooshing sound was she's been hearing all night.
And the river has not crested yet.

More storms forecasted for the #keystone state (6 days now). The forests needed it.
Today is going to be a #squat day. I loathe squat days, but if you are short on time, squats are the most ecocomical use of your exercise minutes. Yes, even more so then running.
There is no more effective way to shock and awe your nervous system, confuse the body to the point it will over react for a few days all the while repairing and growing muscles throughout.
But if course, check with your doctor first and consult with a professional to make sure you have good form.
Squat can literally break your back if you don't know what you're doing.
Make it a banging day my friends. Catch on the other side.

I hope you all had a great week and wrapping it with a joyful Sunday.
We have had severe #thunderstorms and rain every after noon in the #keystone state for the last 3 days. But no loss of power, so no complaints.
The trails are over grown, swampy, but the aroma of freshly sprung greenery is intoxicating. I make it a point to stop every few minutes and take deep gut-filled breaths. The scent of extra clean fresh air inspires gratitude in my thinking.
I'll be posting clips through our the day of our morning hikes front the last couple morning.
