ちなみに読んでて面白かったのは、
ネイティブユーザーインターフェースの要素や動作を変更または無効にするアプリは却下されます。たとえば、他のアプリへのリンクや、ユーザーが特定の方法で動作することを期待する他の機能をブロックしてはなりません。
ってあるから噂の他SNSのブロックもやっちゃいかんのかも?
コミュニティノートにリンクされてるアッポーの方でblockが含まれてる文章読んでみたんですが、該当しそうなのは２つ。

blockの定義説明がない(どっかにはあるのかも?)からそれっぽい機能(ミュート)が有れば見逃されそうな気もしますが、通報があったら消されても不思議ではなさそうっすねー．知らんけど．

相手の情報を見たくないだけじゃなくてこっちの発信も見せたくないんですよね．
運営が居ても対処してくれるわけじゃないし、分散型なんて運営もいないから気が付けたら自衛できる手段は欲しいですね。
Nostrもこのままユーザー増えていけば厄介なのが増えていくでしょうからあるといいなぁ．
