This basically spins up a proxy server that connects to the relays you tell it to, so that you can connect to dozens of relays’ data but only need to add the nostr proxy relay.
For example, I’ve hosted my own proxy relay that connects to 45 relays, and in turn, I only need to connect to that 1 relay on my phone to access all those!

Only relays that are running strfry or something else custom will sync with other relays. The majority are running nostream or nostr-rs-relay which don’t support syncing with other relays yet.

Hmm, seems to be working consistently now! I also test with amethyst, so if I start to see a high rate of reconnects, ill send over a screenshot of the reconnect stat. Thanks!
Yup signed up and paid, I have no issues with nostr.wine or filter.nostr.wine , its only the one with my npub included that has issues. Im using Damus
wss://filter.nostr.wine/__my__pub__ is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting for me, no matter which client I use. Been seeing that issue for a week or so
Pro-tip: since nostr:// links aren't clickable on Twitter, if you want a convenient way to link to your nostr profile that will directly open your profile in Damus/Amethyst, use a url shortener like tinyurl and input your nostr://__NPUB GOES HERE__ link, then the url it spits out will be clickable on Twitter.
