Can my Neighbour take photos of me in my garden UK?

If you are taking photographs from private land, you need to have the land owner's permission. Taking a photo of a person where they can expect privacy, such as inside their home or garden, is likely to cause a breach of privacy laws.

So why does a video camera in a certain position of a social house dwelling with recording audio, not breach the privacy laws.

A person who's name was Ken lived in this property before myself. The front pages and the inside pages (not that I read the inside often, probably once a year) yet the British press have been writing ambiguous stories for thier bread and butter within this local community where I live, yet its so ambiguous you would need to know exactly what was said about who, where it was said and when. The fact that I can make the connections yet when I try to explain it, it makes me sound paranoid can only mean that's what it is intended to do. Using a social media to make my point isn't the best option yet as the example of many actual celebrity's and bereaved parents they have successfully made a point in court case that invasion of peoples private lives and property has been the unlawful way that stirring up false stories and causing stressful situations to thier victims of such pycholigal abusive behaviours, yet they still continue to violate with the assistance of such pathetic people such as a few narcissistic personalities that enjoy being the story teller for self gratitude. Yesterday I went to the extreme of pegging the front page of the Daily Star on the line because it was hideously similar to the actions of the narcissistic neighbour behaviour. However, after speaking with another neighbour who had an umbrella and dog, and they told me to ignore such behaviour again, as they are winning if I don't. So I look at today's front pages and amongst the actually news you can see the poison reaction of the over heard conversation between myself and the neighbour. I've learnt there is a click of people in this area who have a past of being this way inclined, yet for what thier self satisfaction to feel Important and to try and intimidate others. It's toxic nonsense that impacts on other people's well being.
