Have you heard of #wormhole, it has end to end encrypt. That may be of interest to you.
I've thought about this, yet being respected and respecting online others is a trait that we're missing a bit of, when using all social medias. I'm quite a direct person offline, I've put others respect before my own. Quite difficult to do it as part of a job. However, If you want a private meeting or message, contacting the person account privately and from public eyes is an option. If the account it's disrespectful to you, then report it, mute the account, step away from interacting.
Basically be mindful of what you post on social medias.

Can my Neighbour take photos of me in my garden UK?
If you are taking photographs from private land, you need to have the land owner's permission. Taking a photo of a person where they can expect privacy, such as inside their home or garden, is likely to cause a breach of privacy laws.
So why does a video camera in a certain position of a social house dwelling with recording audio, not breach the privacy laws.
your doing some good teaching the 101staff about ambiguous hate crime. It's psychological the logical mind of a psycho.
