Yes go for it. Parts are a bit stretched out but the basic thesis is strong and eye opening.

Sucks big time.

Not being compatible with the pace of all the hyper speed changes in the world is more concerning than we want to believe...actually it is the most common disease of our times I believe...How we cope with that depends solely on us.
