The biggest problem with #art created using #AI is that it mostly sucks, and there is nothing AI can do that a human artist can't. If such an application arises though, then it will be a different story, just like it was with fine art and photography.

#AIart is like stock image gallery with weird randomizer. You can do #art with that, but you are constrained by assets. Speaking of "assets", when you make a game using stuff from asset store, be it art, music or code, you are a #gamedev, but not necessarily an #artist, #musician or #programmer.
