Whaaaat, that’s awesome. Good ol’ days with Tristham & Braken, Pegboard Nerds and Feint😍 Prestons podcast was cool but I want a podcast on the Monstercat story!

TIL that #[1] worked on Monstercat👀 Monstercat was one of my favorite music channels on YT several years back!

Don’t jinx it Unclebob

Nostream seems solid

Not sure how much stuff neovim comes with nowadays but I'd like to have some kind of linting and formatting for example

Oh lol, I'm slow, got it now.

But since you do have a SoundCloud, wen nostr music?😂

Nice, there's a lot of cool dotfile repos out there! The people over at /r/unixporn have some insanely creative setups.

Your last commit > 2 years ago? Nothing changed since then or have you abandoned your dotfiles?

Yeah I know but tbh I think I can make a pretty good IDE out of neovim which doesn't cost millions of sats a year

Yeah, will do more research on the web. Figured I should ask here as well in case someone had any good tips and tricks

Anyone using Vim (or Neovim) as an IDE? Want to set it up later this week so any helpful resources(plugins, configurations, general tips) are very much appreciated!

Anyone remember when the Teletubbies account started tweeting about Bitcoin? The 2021 bullrun was a weird one 😂

Yes! Would be cool to have more infosec people on here

Today feels like a good day to remind everyone that if you're running your own node, you can fetch the whitepaper from the blockchain. Just run the following command:

bitcoin-cli getrawtransaction 54e48e5f5c656b26c3bca14a8c95aa583d07ebe84dde3b7dd4a78f4e4186e713  | sed 's/0100000000000000/\n/g' | tail -n +2 | cut -c7-136,139-268,271-400 | tr -d '\n' | cut -c17-368600 | xxd -p -r > bitcoin.pdf

And if you're running a pruned node, #[0] taught me another neat way to do it:

seq 0 947 | (while read -r n; do bitcoin-cli gettxout 54e48e5f5c656b26c3bca14a8c95aa583d07ebe84dde3b7dd4a78f4e4186e713 $n | jq -r '.scriptPubKey.asm' | awk '{ print $2 $3 $4 }'; done) | tr -d '\n' | cut -c 17-368600 | xxd -r -p > bitcoin-test.pdf

Cool! Wen available?
